I'll Do Anything by The Ball Brothers

I’m sitting in a hotel room on Sunday afternoon. I have a few minutes before I need to get ready for the evening service, so I thought I’d take the time to type out a short post. But as I stared at my computer screen, I couldn’t think of what I wanted to write. All I could do was hum a song I heard recently. In fact, since I heard the song, I’ve been able to think of little else. It was so moving and powerful that I can’t get it out of my mind. So, I decided maybe the Lord wants me to share it with you today. If you would, be in prayer for us as we travel home on Monday. In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful song.

I’ll Do Anything

She found a Gideon Bible in that cheap motel

She read the story about Jesus and the woman at the well

She found herself inside those pages and wondered

How she had got so far gone, so far away from home

And she cried I'll do anything; I'll pay any price

And do whatever it takes to make something of my life

If there's a way to start all over and wipe the slate completely clean,

I'll do anything

From the other side of Calvary, God saw us lost

He looked at you and me, then He looked at the cross

Oh, the price the sacrifice it would take

Who would pay? Who would go?

Then Jesus stepped down from His throne

And He said, I'll do anything, I'll pay any price

And do whatever it takes to make something of their lives

I'll make a way to start all over and wipe the slate completely clean,

I'll do anything

I'll take up that cross, lay down my life, and go to Calvary

I'll go through Hell for three days and come back with the keys

‘Cause I'll do anything, I'll pay any price

And do whatever it takes to make something of their lives

I'll make a way to start all over and wipe the slate completely clean

I'll do anything
