John 3:16
For God so loved theworld, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth inhim should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 8:37-39
³⁷Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
 ³⁸ForI am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, norprincipalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
 ³⁹Norheight, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate usfrom the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Galatians 2:20
